From the whole Department of Transportation (DOTr) family and its attached agencies, we would like to convey our sincerest gratitude, honor and salute to Secretary Art Tugade, for his tenacious leadership, innumerable contributions, and afire love in delivering non-stop public service that paved way for the realization of the myriad of much-needed and most-awaited transport infrastructure projects, programs and initiatives that the country and the Filipino people truly deserve.

Indeed, his dynamic and visionary captaincy in the whole six (6) years have inspired us all to consistently work and serve in the best interests of the people.

As what he always say, ‘we do not have the luxury of time, so we have to work double (or even triple) time to make sure that we get things done.’

This we shall live and carry on as the Department embarks on another chapter of serving the people under the new administration.
