The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Sea Marshal Force arrested one sea passenger with a standing warrant for violating Republic Act No. 8353, also known as "The Anti-Rape Law of 1997," at Pier 4, Tondo, Manila, on 31 December 2022.
He was identified as 21-year-old Ricco Dagopioso Jr, a resident of El Salvador, Misamis Oriental.
PCG personnel took him into custody inside the passenger / RoRo vessel until the arrival of the Philippine National Police (PNP) National Capital Region Police Office (NCR PO) for proper disposition.
