The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has recognized 291 trainees under the Coast Guard Non-Officer's Course (CGNOC) Class 104-2023 "Alab Alibtak" at the Regional Training Center - La Union, today, 31 January 2024.

Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Commander, CG Vice Admiral Charlie Rances, congratulated the trainees and their families during the ceremony.

"I hope that as you progress to the next phase of your training, you live up to your class name, translate the lessons learned into action, and embrace the guiding principle of service above self as the cornerstone of your career. Ensure a steadfast commitment to excellence as you embark on your journey as Coast Guardians," he furthered.

Coast Guard District North Western Luzon Commander, CG Captain Ivan Roldan, was also present during the event.
