The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) provides security on board the iconic floating library, MV Doulos Hope, in Port Area, Manila, from 28 March to 14 April 2024.

Before docking to Manila, MV Doulos Hope visited Subic, Zambales, and San Fernando, La Union.

Coast Guard Civil Relations Service (CGCRS) Commander, CG Rear Admiral Armando Balilo, graced the ribbon-cutting and welcoming ceremony on board the vessel on 28 March 2024.

The iconic floating library is open to the public until 14 April 2024 with the following schedule:

a) Tuesday to Thursday: 11AM to 05:30PM

b) Friday to Sunday: 1PM to 07:30PM
