The Philippine Coast Guard Nursing Service (PCGNS) and Philippine Navy (PN) Nursing Service collaborate in enhancing leadership in healthcare through a 𝐍𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄 πŒπ€ππ€π†π„πŒπ„ππ“ π“π‘π€πˆππˆππ† that convened at the Naval Station Jose Andrada, Roxas Boulevard, Manila, on 03 May 2024.

According to the CGNS, the three-month program facilitated by the PN Nursing Service for 10 CGNS Nurse Corps Officers aims to sharpen their abilities in clinical care, leadership strategies, and hospital administration.

β€œThis collaboration aspires to bilaterally elevate the healthcare leadership within respective organizations through efficient integration of expertise and strategic planning… that are vital in preparation for the foreseeable establishment of the PCG hospital,” the CGNS furthered.
