Approximately 200 public servants officially join the Coast Guard service during the graduation ceremonyΒ  of the Coast Guard Non-Officers' Course (CGNOC) Class 100-2023 β€˜β€™Alab-Magtalas’’ at the Coast Guard Base Taguig today, 09 May 2024.

Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Command (CGETDC) Commander, CG Vice Admiral Charlie Rances, congratulated the 198 newly graduated trainees for their achievement and life changing accomplishment.

During the event, the PCG alsoΒ  recognized the following top-performing Coast Guardians:

1. CCGNO Rafe Slash Yanzon 94.77% - The Commandant, PCG Award of Distinction and PCG Certificate of Merit

2. CCGNO Renato Sabellaga 93.97% - The Deputy Commandant for Operation, PCG Award of Merit and the Commander, CGETDC Certificate of Merit

3. CCGNO Christan GinoΒ  Serdon 93.67%- The Deputy Commandant for Administration, PCG Award of Recognition and the Commander, CGETDC Certificate of Merit
