GOOD NEWS: Philippine Coast Guard District Southern Visayas (CGDSV) Commander, Commodore Ludovico D Librilla Jr PCG welcomed the New Year with a heartwarming gesture of generosity and compassion through gift-giving activity to the residents at Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental on 31 December 2024.
This initiative was organized by members of the Coast Guard Officersβ Course (CGOC) Class 30-2023 βBravoβ aimed to spread joy, hope, and strengthen community bonds through lifting the spirit of DumagueteΓ±os and emphasizing the importance of starting the year with acts of generosity and goodwill.
The beneficiaries expressed heartfelt gratitude for the thoughtful gesture, which brought happiness and inspiration to begin the year on a positive note, leaving a lasting impact on their lives as recipients of the said activity.
The dedicated men and women of CGDSV remain steadfast in their commitment to embodying the values of service and compassion.
