Chief Petty Officer Jennifer Dela Cruz PCG is breaking barriers as the Chief Master-At-Arms of the BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV-8301). As part of the vessel's sailing crew, she plays a vital role in ensuring the ship's safety, order, and discipline at sea.

With her leadership and hard work, she inspires others to reach their full potential especially in every mission they’ve accomplished.

As she recalled her earlier times in the service, CPO Dela Cruz PCG shared that being a woman in the Philippine Coast Guard allowed her to value self-discipline. Also, it gave her the opportunity to lead specially during organizational challenges.

“They should always believe in the power of self-growth, character, and soul enrichment. Embrace every opportunity, adapt to change, and be a beacon of progress—because every assignment is an opportunity to learn and make a difference,” she highlighted.
