On behalf of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, Admiral Ronnie Gil L Gavan PCG, Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC) Commander, Rear Admiral Allan Dalangin PCG, led the official launching of the Pensionerβs Administration and Information System (PAIS) and the Retirement Management Information System (RMIS) at the AMOSUP Convention Hall, Intramuros Manila today, 19 June 2025.
This is in line with the directive of President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr. to improve public services and express appreciation for the sacrifices of PCG retirees and pensioners.
Said launching is part of the initiative of the Coast Guard Retirement and Benefits Administration Service (CGRBAS).
According to Rear Admiral Dalangin, the development of RMIS and PAIS is designed to digitalize and streamline the process concerning retirement benefits and pension management. These platforms are designed not only to improve internal operations but to provide faster, more accurate and more reliable services to those who have faithfully served the PCG.
βThese systems will help ensure that retirement and pension transactions are processed with integrity, accountability and efficiency that reflect the very core of PCG service,β the CGHRMC Commander expressed.
During the event, the Award of Coast Guard Outstanding Achievement Medal and Ribbon is also awarded to SN2 Marvin Gotgotao PCG for demonstrating extraordinary achievement in the field of technology, which significantly contributed to the operational and administrative advancement of the PCG.
