Newly promoted Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) officer, Commodore Donette Dolina PCG, took his oath before Department of Transportation - Philippines (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon in Pasay City on July 29, 2025.

President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr. approved the promotion of Coast Guard Legal Service (CGLS) Commander, Commodore Dolina PCG to the next higher rank on May 14, 2025.

His spouse, Coast Guard Weapons, Communications, Electronics and Information System Training Institute (CGWCEIS-TI) Commander, Commodore Pamela Dolina PCG, also graced the event to show her unwavering support.
