PCG: A total of 594 trainees successfully completed the basic Coast Guard training at Coast Guard Non-Officers' Basic Education and Training Center held at NPC Nuclear Power Village, Bagac, Bataan today, November 13.

Admiral Elson Hermogino PCG, Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard graced as Keynote Speaker the graduation ceremony of Coast Guardsmans' Course (CGMC) "SANIB LIKSI" Class 65-2018 composed of 493 male trainees and CGMC "SAMAGSIKAP" Class 66 -2018 composed of 101 female trainees.

Furthermore, CGMC Class 65 and 66 have successfully completed their six months of rigid physical and academic training at said training facility.

Meanwhile, Admiral Hermogino PCG also presided the Oathtaking ceremony of CGMC Class 69-2018 composed of 598 male trainees. The candidates will undergo six months intense training in order to instill discipline and to transform their civilian mindset to abide with time-honored coast guard traditions and standards.

Said ceremonies were also attended by Commodore Oscar C Endona Jr PCG, Acting Commander of Coast Guard Education and Training Command, senior and junior officers and non-officers of the PCG.
