PCG: The Philippine Coast Guard held an awarding ceremony for its contingent who participated in the recent Maritime Pollution Exercise 2017 held last 15-17 May this year in Benoa, Bali, Indonesia which was graced by Commodore Joel S Garcia PCG, Ph.D., H.D, Al-Haj, Officer-in-Charge at Headquarters Coast Guard Ready Force in Manila today.

During the ceremony, COMMO GARCIA PCG conferred the Award of Coast Guard Outstanding Achievement Medal and Ribbon to PCG officers namely CAPTAIN ALLEN T TORIBIO PCG, Commanding Officer of BRP Nueva Vizcaya (SARV-3502); CAPTAIN JOSE WILLIAM U ISAGA PCG, Chief of Coast Guard Staff; CAPTAIN ROBERT N PATRIMONIO PCG, Deputy Chief of Coast Guard Staff (DCS) for Comptrollership; CAPTAIN ALLAN VICTOR T DELA VEGA PCG, DCS for Operations; CAPTAIN JUAN MANUAL DF RAMOS PCG, Executive Officer of BRP Nueva Vizcaya; CAPTAIN JOSEPH M COYME PCG, DCS for Human Resource Management; and COMMANDER ARNALDO M LIM PCG, Commanding Officer of BRP Habagat (TB-271).
