PCG: A Chinese national passenger named Wang Xuewen, 49 years old was rescued by the Philippine Coast Guard (Medical Team) through a Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) onboard Tian Lu Hai today, January 29. Said ship was from Australia and was on their way to China.

From a phone call made by Tia Lu Hai to the PCG last night, they have said that Xuewen was experiencing suspected heart attack.

Early this morning, as the ship docked in Pier 13, the PCG Medical Team immediately conducted a MEDEVAC. 

The PCG Medical Team advised the ship’s agent to transfer the patient to Manila Doctors Hospital for further observation and treatments.
