COMMO ATHELO L YBAŇEZ PCG, ACTING Commander of Maritime Security and Law Enforcement Command graced the graduation ceremony of the CGK9 Narcotics Detection Dog and Handler Specialization Course CL 04-06 this morning aboard Coast Guard Base Taguig, Taguig City.

The graduates composed of thirty-four (34) Handlers and twenty-seven (27) Narcotics Detection Dogs will be deployed to the most drug infested areas throughout the country and are specifically instructed to render assistance to all drug-related operations of other relevant government agencies in support to the nationwide campaign in waging war against illegal drugs.
