PCG Commandant Vice Admiral Rodolfo D Isorena led the donning and oath taking ceremony of the newly appointed and promoted officers of the Philippine Coast Guard.

The officers composed of the five newly commissioned probationary ensigns who were graduates of PCG-PMMA Cadetship Program and twenty nine newly promoted lieutenant junior grades took their oath before the Commandant.
