PCG: Personnel from the Coast Guard Special Operations Group (CGSOG) recently conducted a Water Search and Rescue and Rubber Boat Operation & Maintenance (WASAR-RBOM) training to 48 PNP personnel from the Regional Public Safety Battalion 1 (RPSB1) at Coast Guard District Northwestern Luzon (CGDNWLZN) in San Fernando City, Poro Point, La Union last 26-30 January.

The said training is part of the program in the district’s upcoming 31st founding anniversary on 19 February and aimed to enhance the competency of every police officer as well as to develop their inter-operability among PCG and PNP in response to any disaster-related operations.
