PCG: ADM RODOLFO D ISORENA PCG, Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard takes oath before Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) as he is promoted to the rank of Admiral today, 30 March at DOTC in Mandaluyong City. 

Admiral Isorena was promoted to four-star rank as his appointment order has been approved by the Office of the President effective 19 March 2015. The event was graced by Admiral Isorena’s family and heads of office in the PCG.
