PCG: A 12-year old boy was found lifeless yesterday, August 30, by the personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Dagupan one kilometer off Pantal River, Barangay Guebang, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

Isko Valdez was reportedly swimming with two of his friends last Friday but went missing since.

Upon receipt of information from Jose Quimson, a former tanod of the said barangay, the personnel of CGSS Dagupan immediately conducted a search and rescue operation for Isko but yielded negative results.

His cadaver was found last August 29 along Pantal River and was properly turned-over to his family for proper disposition.
