From 18 to 27 January 2022, the Philippine Coast Guard Education, Training, and Doctrine Command (CGETDC) has recognized a total of 1,506 trainees under three classes of the Coast Guard Non-Officer’s Course (CGNOC).

A total of 573 trainees under the CGNOC Class 85 – 2021 “Bagsik-laya” at the Regional Training Center Zamboanga were recognized on 18 January 2022, while 610 trainees under the CGNOC Class 86 – 2021 “Saglab Masindak” at the Regional Training Center Bataan were recognized on 21 January 2022.

Yesterday, 27 January 2022, CGETDC Deputy Commander, CG Commodore Roben N De Guzman presided over the recognition rites of 323 trainees under the CGNOC Class 89 – 2021 “Dalubhusay” at the Regional Training Center Taguig.

CG Commodore De Guzman congratulated the trainees and said that they are expected to keep on learning, embrace public service, develop their competence and capability, and most importantly, build a sound and right character.

“We will strive to give you the best training and harness your attitude as Coast Guard personnel. Let good character be your weapon in helping and guarding the Filipino nation,” the CGETDC Deputy Commander furthered.
