SUPPLEMENTAL/ BID BULLETIN NO. 01-2021
This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin No. 01-2021 is issued to include the following clarifications as integral part of the Bidding Documents issued for the Supply, Delivery, Replacement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Spare Parts and/or Equipment for the Repair and Maintenance of BRP BATANGAS (SARV-004)
Section II. Instructions to Bidders
Section II. Instruction to Bidders is hereby amended as read as follows:
5.3. Pursuant to Section 23.4.1.3 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No.9184, the Bidder shall have an SLCC that is at least one (1) contract similar to the Project the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the PSA’s CPI, must be at least equivalent to equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC or in the amount of Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Forty Pesos Only (PhP 745,040.00).

Section VIII. Checklist of Technical and Financial Document is hereby amended as read as follows:
(g) Statement of the bidder’s Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid, which should have been completed within five (5) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids and equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC or amounting to at least Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Forty Pesos Only (PhP 745,040.00).
