1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Ezekiel U. Poso Logistics Manager of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. dated April 24 2018.

 2. M.V. ENA HABITAT, owned and operated by Eastern Navigation Pte. Ltd and contracted by the Philodrill Corporation, will perform Well Plug and Abandon Campaign at offshore Northwest Palawan starting on May 06, 2018 for approximately two (2) months duration subject to sea and weather permitting. The campaign activities are operating under offshore block Service Contract SC-14 A&B between The Philodrill Corporation and the Department of Energy (DOE) bounded with the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
