Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Palawan dated 09 April 2021

2. Per above reference, MRRV-4403 while approaching at San Fernando, El Nido Palawan identified a shallow water at approaches of Roro Port, Purok Parangaykay, San Fernando, El Nido Palawan. Said unit launched its Rigid hull inflatable boat together with Special Operation Group personnel onboard and conducted manual soundings and installed improvised floating marker bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
