The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has recognized 15 frontline personnel for their commendable public service at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) yesterday, 18 November 2021.

Deputy Commandant for Administration, CG Vice Admiral Oscar C Endona Jr awarded the Coast Guard Bronze Cross and Medal to 13 frontline personnel of the Task Group Bantay Bayanihan headed by CG Commodore Allen J Dalangin for their successful intelligence operations that led to the arrest of a U.S. fugitive with an outstanding warrant of arrest issued by the U.S. District of New York during a joint law enforcement operations in Ortigas City on 14 October 2021. CG Vice Admiral Endona also bestowed the Coast Guard Commendation Medal and Ribbon to two frontline personnel of the Task Group Airport One-Stop-Shop under CG Rear Admiral Rolando Lizor N Punzalan Jr, the Commander of the Task Force Bayanihan Returning Overseas Filipinos (TF BROF).

CG ASN Ramilo A Sususco Jr and CG ASN Seaman Phil Francis M Mien were applauded for their deep sense of responsibility, professionalism, and exemplary performance through their quick response during a fire incident that transpired inside the said airport on 23 October 2021.
