The Philippine Coast Guard K9-Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (CGK9-EODG) proudly participated in the joint Post-Blast Investigation Course (PBIC) hosted by the Philippine National Police (PNP). The comprehensive training commenced on May 31, 2024, and concluded on June 25, 2024, at the PNP Regional Office 3, Camp Oliva, Macarthur Highway, San Fernando, Pampanga.

A total of 50 students graduated from the course, comprising 46 students from the PNP and 4 students from the PCG.

The training focused on handling Explosive Related Incidents (ERI) and conducting Post Blast Investigations to determine the nature of explosions.

CG Lieutenant Junior Grade Rodgie A. Bajao,  achieved the highest overall average grade in the PBIC.
