PCG: COMMANDER TITO ALVIN G ANDAL assumed as the new Commander of Coast Guard Internal Audit (CGIA) in a simple turn-over ceremony held yesterday August 17, 2015 at the PCG Conference Hall with CAPTAIN TEOTIMO R BORJA JR as presiding officer. COMMANDER ROMEO S LIWANAG the outgoing CGIA will be assigned to the Receiving Station of the Headquarters Support Group.
