Invitation To Bid
Dear Sir/Madam:
1.The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids tor the disposal of the following (as is where is basis)

| b. | Location | CGS Farola Compound Binondo Manila and at Coast Guard Base Taguig, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City |
| c. | Quantity | Lot no. WMR-PCG-001-15 |
| d. | Specification | Assorted Unserviceable Vehicles and Scrap |
2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Philippine Coast Guard and inspect the items for disposal at the address specified above.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 05 March 2015, 9:00A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
4. Bid opening shall be on 10 March 2015, 09:00 A.M. at Philippine Coast Guard, Conference Room, 2F Admin Building, 139 25th St Port Area Manila 1018. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
5. The Philippine Coast Guard reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
