The Coast Guard Strategic Studies and International Affairs Center (CGSSIAC) led by its Director, 𝐂𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎 𝐑𝐔𝐃𝐘𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐌 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐀, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄 in cooperation with Deputy Chief of Coast Guard Staff for International Affairs, (CG-5) spearheaded the 1st International Liaison Officers Assembly in Intramuros, Manila.

This important event was presided over by 𝐂𝐆 𝐀𝐃𝐌 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐎 𝐌 𝐀𝐁𝐔, Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard, with 𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐂 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐒 𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐎, Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs - Department of Foreign Affairs, Republic of the Philippines (OUCSCA-DFA).
