The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) participated in a BREAKFAST FORUM organized by the Australian Embassy in the Philippines – Office of the Defense Attachè in Makati City during the International Women’s Day, 08 March 2022.

The forum served as an avenue to celebrate the achievements of women and impart inspirational ideas and motivation to the participants from the PCG, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Department of National Defense (DND), and Commission on Human Rights (CHR).

COLONEL FATIMA CLAIRE NAVARRO, the first female AFP Surgeon General, and SQNLDR KARYN EY, Executive Officer of the Australian Defense Force Gender, Peace, and Security Directorate, served as guest speakers during the forum.

The event ended with a sumptuous breakfast and friendly interactions among the participants.
