Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-1114-201.
2. The Philippine Navy vessel PS32,PS20,PS28,PG114 and PG379 will conduct test firing of her Naval Guns on December 04, 2014 from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at vicinity 10 Nautical miles Southwest off Balut Island, Davao Del Sur bounded by the following coordinates:
| Point A | Latitude 05 degs 24.00 mins North | Longitude 125 degs 10.00 mins East |
| Point B | Latitude 05 degs 24.00 mins North | Longitude 125 degs 55.00 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 05 degs 09.00 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 10.00 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 05 degs 09.00 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 55.00 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
