1. References: Coast Guard District Central Visayas Radio Message Cite CGDCV-1014- dated October 31, 2014.
2. LS Balamban located at Balamban, Cebu or at Latitude 10 degs 30 mins 16 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 42 mins 35 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since October 25, 2014.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

2. The Philippine Navy Vessel AT293 will conduct Annual Test Firing of their naval guns on November 14, 2014 at vicinity 18 nautical miles South off Olutanga Island, Zamboanga Sibuyan bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 07 degs 00.00 mins North | Longitude 123 degs 00.00 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 06 degs 40.50 mins North | Longitude 123 degs 00.00 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 06 degs 40.50 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 40.50 mins East |
