2. LS Palanan located at Palanan, Isabela or at Latitude 17 degs 08 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 30 mins 24 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since 04 April 2014 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. LS Mangsee located at Mangsee, Balabac, Palawan or at Latitude 07 degs 30 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 117 degs 18 mins 18 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since 04 April 2014 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
