Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Coast Guard Ready Force Radio Message CGRF OPNS-0415-012.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard and Japan Coast Guard will be having a Joint Maritime Law Enforcement (MARLEN) Training Exercise on May 06, 2015. One of the objective of the exercise is to enhance their capabilities on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery at sea, and to establish friendship and mutual understanding among the head of Asian Coast Guard Agencies specifically between Japan Coast Guard and Philippine Coast Guard.
3. The Joint Exercise proper will take place at about 6.7 Nautical Miles South East of San Antonio, Cavite bounded by the following coordinates:

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
