1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0814-096.
2. The Philippine Navy vessel PF16 will conduct Gunnery Exercise of her naval guns on August 14, 2014 from 07:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. at vicinity 22.3 nautical miles Southwest off Sampaloc Point, Zambales bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 14 degs 24.13 mins North | Longitude 119 degs 55.45 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 14 degs 23.13 mins North | Longitude 119 degs 34.58 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 14 degs 43.82 mins North | Longitude 119 degs 34.58 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and make necessary precautionary measures at all times.
