1.   Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0815-020.

2. The FOIC, Philippine Navy will be retiring from the service on August 10, 2015 and there will be a Testimonial Parade, change of command and retirement ceremony in this honor with HEPBSAIII as the presiding officer at Headquarters Philippine Navy ceremonial area. Likewise, rehearsal will be conducted on 06-08 August 2015.

3. Futher, requesting exemption of following PN/PMC surface/air assets in connection with Exclusion Zone during APEC Summit from 05-16 August 2015 in areas covered/closed to Maritime Traffic:

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
