Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Robert J. Goold General Manager of Logistic/Marketing Inc. dated August 19, 2015.
2. ALDA MARINE GESTION LODBROG PETER FABER, planned to repair the cable FNAL Segment DC and then the cable FEA Segment P1 both are damaged approximately 149 and 143 nautical miles respectively North West off the coast of Apparri in the Philippines EEZ waters. Both cables will be repaired by the cable ship Lodbrog. The cable owner Reliance Globalcom Ltd. has maintenance contract with Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Network who has chartered Alda Marine cable ship “Lodbrog” and the Cable Ship “C/S LODBVROG” will conduct EMERGENCY CABLE REPAIRS West of the Batanes Group of Island under the Asia Pacific Marine Maintenance Service Agreement between Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks, TYCO Electronics Subsea Communication LLC, Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks Marine A/S, TYCO Reliance Globalcom Limited, Reach Global Network Limited and Flag North Asian Loop (FNAL) Cable System. The planned period to perform of repair is on August 22, 2015 to September 22, 2015 with the following coordinates:
