Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Rene Tabia Managing Director of Blue Horizon Shipping & Logistic Services Inc. dated 01 December 2015.

2. The CS Asean Restores will conduct“Cable Repair” in Babuyan Channel, Aparri-Cagayan od 30 November 2015 to 30 December 2015 in connection with the South East Asia and Indian Ocean Agreement of SJC Cable System project or at the coordinate: Latitude19 degs 30.536 mins North,Longitude122 degs 49.912 mins East.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
