2. Above reference, pertains to the simulation exercise on Plane Crash at Sea that will be jointly participated by PCG, OCD 5, BFP, Red Cross and various government agencies scheduled on 25 February 2014 at vicinity waters off Albay Gulf, Legazpi City and bounded by the following coordinates:

Point A Latitude 13 degs 08.70 mins North Longitude 123 degs 45.74 mins East

Point B Latitude 13 degs 08.73 mins North Longitude 123 degs 46.23 mins East

Point C Latitude 13 degs 08.42 mins North Longitude 123 degs 46.38 mins East

Point D Latitude 13 degs 08.34 mins North Longitude 123 degs 45.74 mins East

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
