Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: HPCG/CG-12 Training Directive Number 01-14.

2. The Philippine Coast Guard will host the PCG-JICA Integrated Sea-Borne Maritime Law Enforcement (MARLEN) Training Exercise from February 25 to 27 2014. Part of the activity is the actual sea exercise around Manila Bay on 27 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. February 2014.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
