Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Roberto R Del Rosario Agency Manager of Royal Cargo Combine Logistics, Inc. dated February 24, 2014.

2. Shell Philippines Exploration (SPEX) is scheduled to conduct their Malampaya Phase3 (MP3) Seabed Preparation utilizing BOSKALIS’ Construction Support Vessel NDEAVOR (CSV NDeavor) starting around the first week of March 2014 and for around 7 weeks, sea and weather permitting.

3. Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) issued MARINA Special Permit with number DSO-005-2014 in favor of CSV Ndeavor for the period of 26 February – 25 April 2014. CSV NDeavor will transport rocks from Batangas Port and will be used in providing construction support in seabed preparations including the rock laying and installation within Malampaya Shallow Water Platform (SWP) at offshore Northwest Palawan under Service Contract No. 38 (SC-38) with the Department of Energy (DOE).
