1. References: Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNELZN-0115-081 and Coast Guard District Northwestern Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNWLZN-0115-092.

2. LS Pata Point located at Barangay Pata East, Claveria, Cagayan or at Latitude 18 degs 37 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 09 mins 15 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since January 30,2015.

3. LS San Fernando (Rear) located at San Fernando, La Union or at Latitude 16 degs 36 mins 48 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 18 mins 53 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since January 21, 2015.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
