1. Reference: Letter from Mr. David M. Martin, General Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated February 09, 2015.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by La Filipina Uy Gongco Group of Companies to carry out a Bathymetric Survey and metocean studies for a proposed private port at Ingore, La Paz, Iloilo. The survey will be undertaken between February 15, 2015 and March 20, 2015 using the local boat SB KIESHA on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point D | Latitude 10 degs 42.653 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 35.473 mins East |

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
