1. References: Coast Guard District Central Visayas Radio Message Cite CGDCV D8-0215-004 and Coast Guard District Northwestern Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNWLZN-0215-058.

2. LS Tulang located at Tulang Island, Camotes, Cebu or at Latitude 30 degs 43 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 18 mins 18 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since February 23, 2015.

3. LS San Fernando (Rear) located at San Fernando, La Union or at Latitude 16 degs 36 mins 48 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 18 mins 53 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since January 21, 2015 with light characteristics FIXED GREEN LIGHT CHARACTERISTIC.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
