1. Reference: Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas Radio Message Cite EV3-0115-006.
2. In connection with Papal visit in Tacloban City on January 17, 2015, there will be a one (1) nautical mile “NO ENTRY/SAIL ZONE” policy on January 16 and 17, 2015 in areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 11 degs 07 mins 30 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 02 mins 35 secs East |
| Point C | Latitude 11 degs 09 mins 09 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 01 mins 30 secs East |
| Point D | Latitude 11 degs 12 mins 00 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 02 mins 30 secs East |
| Point E | Latitude 11 degs 14 mins 30 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 02 mins 30 secs East |
| Point F | Latitude 11 degs 15 mins 00 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 02 mins 22 secs East |
| Point G | Latitude 11 degs 15 mins 30 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 01 mins 30 secs East |
| Point H | Latitude 11 degs 15 mins 55 secs North | Longitude 125 degs 00 mins 10 secs East |

3. All ships/watercrafts/vessels (yachts/motorbancas/fishing boats) regardless of tonnage and transiting along the vicinity of above-mentioned areas are advised not to enter/navigate within and abide with the safety and security measures at all times.
