Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1.Reference: Letter from Mr. David M. Martin, General Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated July 10, 2014.
2.EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by NICKEL ASIA CORPORATION to carry out a Bathymetric Survey on the Eastern side of Manicani Island, Guiuan, Samar. The survey will be undertaken between 13–31 July 2014 using the survey boat “M/B Panda” on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 11 degs 00.112 mins North | Longitude125 degs 40.719 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 11 degs 59.069 mins North | Longitude125 degs 40.524 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 11 degs 59.243 mins North | Longitude125 degs 39.728 mins East |
| Point E | Latitude 11 degs 00.614 mins North | Longitude125 degs 39.457 mins East |
3.In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
