1. References: Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite STL3-0714-052 dated July 20, 2014 and Coast Guard District Bicol Radio Message Cite CDGBCL3-0714-094 dated July 20, 2014. 

2. LS Lemery located at Lemery, Batangas or at Latitude 13 degs 52 mins 36 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 54 mins 42 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since July 16, 2014.

3. LS Rawis located at Tabaco, Albay or at Latitude 13 degs 24 mins 20 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 45 mins 45 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since July 16, 2014.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

5. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
