Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
   
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Donji Q. Flores, Operations Manager, Supply Oilfield Services. Inc. dated 20 March 2014.
 
2. Nido Petroluem Philippines Pty Ltd and PNOC-EC are scheduled to conduct, starting around the week of 30 March 2014, for approximately (14) fourteen days project duration, sea and weather permitting, their Baragatan-1 Pre-Drilling Geotechnical Survey Project in offshore Western Palawan as part of their petroleum exploration activities under the Service Contract No. 63 with the Department of Energy. They will be utilizing Asian Geos’ Survey Vessel DP Geoasia fully-equipped with geotechnical survey spreads onboard. As part of the pre-mobilization process, her various safety items have been upgraded to enhance her HSE specifications, performance standard and reliabilities, to meet the stringent technical and HSE requirements of Nido.
