Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Task Group Maritime Security APEC 2015 dated 15 November 2015

2. In the addition to the Notice to Mariners (NOTAM) Nr. 143-2015 issued on 14 October 2015 establishing the “NO SAIL ZONE” and “EXCLUSION ZONE” as part of the Maritime Security Operation in connection with the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting (AELM) 2015, hereunder is the closure schedule of the North and South Entrance of South Harbor, Manila:

171500H November 2015-181300H November 2015 – OPEN

181300H November 2015-200800H November 2015 – CLOSED

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts/vessels (yacht/motorbancas/fishing boats) regardless of tonnage transiting along the above-mentioned vicinities are advised of the closure schedule and reminded that they are strictly not allowed to enter or navigate at the areas declared as “Exclusive Zones” on the closure dates and time. 

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
