Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Wilson B. Villanueva, Director-Commercial Manager of EGS Asia Inc. dated December 06, 2016.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Panay Energy Development Corporation (PEDC) to conduct a full Bathymetric Survey and Navigational Buoy Lay-Out at Iloilo Strait South Channel. The survey will be undertaken between December 12-17, 2016 using a local passenger banca (MB KEZIAH) at the areas bounded by the following coordinates:
| Point 1 | Latitude 10 degs 10.00 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 31.40 mins East |
| Point 2 | Latitude 10 degs 39.40 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 32.40 mins East |
| Point 3 | Latitude 10 degs 38.00 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 32.00 mins East |
| Point 4 | Latitude 10 degs 38.30 mins North | Longitude 122 degs 32.70 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the above mentioned coordinates and take necessary precaution.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
