2. The Philippine Navy vessels PF11, AM701, PG104, PG378, DF320 AND DF317 will conduct Gunnery Exercise at 14 Nautical Miles Southwest off Luzon Point, Mariveles, Bataan on March 04, 2016 and bounded by the following coordinates:

Point B Latitude   14 degs  15.00  mins North Longitude 120 degs  16.00  mins East
Point C Latitude   14 degs  15.00  mins North Longitude 120 degs  10.00  mins East

2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company has been contracted by MJAS Zenith Geo-Mapping and Surveying Services to carry out a Shallow Water Geophysical and Bathymetric Survey of the Navotas, Manila Bay. The survey will be undertaken between February 04, 2016 and February 23, 2016 using a small boat for shallow waters on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

2. Correction to issued Notice to Mariners No. 010-2016, Fugro Survey Pte Ltd. (FUGRO), have been contracted by Shell to undertake a Hydrographic and Geotechnical Study  as part of the evaluation and feasibility study to develop an import facility for liquefied natural gas that will be located in the Batangas Bay. The “MV FUGRO EQUINOX” operated by FUGRO will be deployed as a survey vessel in Batangas Bay Starting week of February 15, 2016 for approximately Three (3) to Four (4) weeks sea and weather permitting. Correction to coordinates Figure 7 Longitude 121° 58’ 42.934” East, Latitude 13° 43’ 43.346” North to read as Longitude 120° 58’ 42.954” East, Latitude 13° 43’ 47.349” North.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take necessary precautionary measures.

(FUGRO), have been contracted by Shell to undertake a Hydrographic and Geotechnical Study  as part of the evaluation and feasibility study to develop an import facility for liquefied natural gas that will be located in the Batangas Bay. Furthermore standard Vessel operations shall play related to vessel collision and crossing interface at all times.
