2. The Blue Horizon Shipping & Logistic Services Inc with the vessel Pilling Barge Hang Gong Zhuan QI will conduct a construction of power plant’s at Pier in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte from July 01, 2016 to September 28, 2016 on area bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned coordinates are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
